INGREDIENTS:
- 1 shallot, minced
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-2 cups of day old rice
- 1 cup of kimchi
- ½ can of spam, cubed
- 2 scallions
- 2 eggs
- Sesame oil
- Fish sauce
STEPS:
- Add minced shallots and garlic to a medium-heat frying pan with 1-2 tbsp of cooking oil
- Throw in the spam cubes, and fry until the outside is crispy
- Add sesame oil and fish sauce
- Add in 1-2 cups of day old rice
